Dawnwalker 1.1: Japan gets the blood back, plus a respec

Rebel Wolves announced update 1.1 for The Blood of Dawnwalker, planned for this week, with over 1,100 improvements and fixes. Blood and gore will no longer be censored in the Japanese version of the game on Steam. There's a new Draught of Mind Rebirth that resets all your Swordmastery, Witchcraft and Vampirism abilities, so you can respec without starting over; at launch the only way was a mod on PC. The old Story difficulty is renamed Forgiving, and a new Story mode adds extra combat assist. Combat animations, the camera, lock-on and target switching are being adjusted, and Shadowstep and Planeshift should respond faster. And you can now pet dogs and cats with the directional combat system, which the studio calls "Directional. Animal. Petting."
