NBA 2K25's MyCareer stops working January 1st

2K is delisting NBA 2K25 on October 30, 2026 and shutting its servers down on December 31. From January 1, 2027, MyCareer and MyTeam will no longer be available, because player upgrades and Virtual Currency run through 2K's servers. Play Now, MyNBA, The W and MyWNBA stay playable offline, and anyone who owns the game can still redownload it. NBA 2K22, 2K23 and 2K24 were all shut down on December 31, a little over two years after launch. #NBA2K25 #NBA2K #MyCareer #NBA2K27 #shorts
